By using Relio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase the 7-Day Reconnection Plan.

Informational Product Only

Relio provides informational and reflective relationship guidance. By using the site, you agree that results are not guaranteed, your ex may not reconnect with you, and any actions you take remain entirely your responsibility.

No Professional Advice

Relio does not provide therapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, crisis support, or professional counseling. If your situation involves safety, abuse, legal issues, mental health concerns, or urgent risk, seek help from qualified professionals or local emergency services.

Paid Digital Product

The 7-Day Reconnection Plan is sold as a one-time digital product for $9.99. Payment is processed by Stripe. Because the plan is personalized and delivered digitally, purchases are generally final once access is provided, except where required by applicable law or where Relio chooses to make an exception.

Responsible Use

You agree not to use Relio to harass, pressure, stalk, threaten, deceive, impersonate, monitor, or manipulate another person. You are responsible for respecting boundaries, consent, no-contact requests, and applicable laws.

User Content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you submit. You grant Relio permission to process your answers to generate reports, provide paid plans, operate the product, improve the service, and protect against misuse.

Access and Availability

Relio may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We may restrict access if we believe a user is abusing the product, violating these Terms, creating risk for others, attempting fraud, or interfering with the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relio is not responsible for relationship outcomes, emotional distress, indirect damages, lost opportunities, lost profits, or actions you or another person take after using the product. The product is provided "as is" and "as available."

Third-Party Services

Relio relies on third-party services such as Supabase, Stripe, and OpenAI. We are not responsible for outages, processing delays, policy changes, or errors caused by third-party providers.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Relio after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
