Ex Recovery collects the relationship assessment answers you submit so we can generate your private report, connect your report to checkout, provide the paid 7-Day Reconnection Plan, improve the product, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
Information We Collect
We may collect assessment answers, optional contact information such as email, payment status, Stripe checkout identifiers, generated reports and plans, basic device or usage information, and messages you send to support. We do not intentionally collect government identifiers, financial card numbers, or health records.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate Ex Recovery, generate personalized reflective guidance, process purchases, maintain access to paid content, detect fraud or misuse, analyze product performance, and comply with legal or platform obligations.
Third-Party Providers
We use third-party providers including Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and OpenAI for report and plan generation. Do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing with these service providers.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Ex Recovery does not store full payment card details. Stripe may collect and process payment information under its own policies.
Data Retention
We keep assessment and purchase records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the product, maintain access, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect Ex Recovery from fraud, chargebacks, or misuse.
Your Choices
You may request deletion or correction of your information by contacting support. We may retain limited records when needed for security, legal compliance, payment records, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
